I am hired by you to inspect your property for you. My dedication is to you. You can feel confident knowing you are getting honest, professional, and educated opinions based on years of experience in all aspects of construction and inspection.
My contract is with you. Your inspection report is confidential and is not shared with any other party. After you review your report, I welcome questions so that I can ensure they are thoroughly answered.
